We want you to love your Footle recovery shoes. However, we understand that sometimes the fit isn't right, or the style isn't for you. Here is our simple policy to help you.


1. Free Size Exchange (Most Popular)

Did you order the wrong size? No problem. We want to ensure you get the perfect fit for your recovery.

  • Cost: FREE. We cover the shipping cost to send the new pair to you.

  • How to do it: simply email us at support@folg.ch with your order number and the new size you need. We will guide you through the process.

2. Returns for Refund

If you simply want to return the product for a full refund:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using Swiss Post (Economy) and keeping the receipt.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be:

  • Unworn and Clean: Please try your shoes on indoors (on a clean floor or carpet) to ensure they fit. Shoes worn outside or showing signs of wear/dirt cannot be accepted.

  • Original Packaging: Returned in the original shoe box with all tags and accessories (including the socks/insoles if part of a bundle).


4. How to Return

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, simply email us at support@footleharder.com.

  • Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  • Our support team will reply within 24 hours with the Return Instructions and the correct return address.
